The Phoenix Care software application is a suite of three patient and practice management modules designed specifically for the bariatric surgery marketplace. Coming to Bluewhale Studios with only a logo, Phoenix Care had less than 2 months to create a full array of print, exhibition, and online branding material in advance of a trade show at which they intended to launch the product. Phoenix Care posed a branding challenge due to the delicate and often controversial image of bariatric surgery in the marketplace. Bluewhale first did a competitive market survey and then rapidly developed materials needed for the product launch and marketing support in the months that followed.
